Major Financing Openings:

  • Fission Uranium Corp. (TSX-V:FCU) opened a $75 million offering underwritten by a syndicate led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. on a bought-deal basis. The deal is expected to close on or about February 12, 2024.
  • Aya Gold & Silver Inc. (TSX:AYA) opened a $67.51 million offering underwritten by a syndicate led by Eight Capital on a bought-deal basis. The deal is expected to close on or about February 14, 2024.
  • Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. (TSX-V:SOIL) opened a $50 million offering underwritten by a syndicate led by Echelon Capital Markets on a bought-deal basis. The deal is expected to close on or about February 22, 2024.
  • Uranium Royalty Corp. (TSX:URC) opened a $32.01 million offering underwritten by a syndicate led by Canaccord Genuity Corp. on a bought-deal basis. The deal is expected to close on or about February 9, 2024.

Major Financing Closings:

  • Amex Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:AMX) closed a 26.$66 million offering on a best-efforts basis. The deal is expected to close on or about February 2, 2024.
  • Angus Gold Inc. (TSX-V:GUS) closed a $4.64 million offering on a best-efforts basis. Each unit includes a 1/2 warrant that expires in 24 months. The deal is expected to close on or about February 8, 2024.
  • Stallion Uranium Corp. (TSX-V:STUD) closed a $3.88 million offering on a best-efforts basis. Each unit includes a 1/2 warrant that expires in 24 months. The deal is expected to close on or about February 2, 2024.
  • Zacatecas Silver Corp. (TSX-V:ZAC) closed a $2.5 million offering on a best-efforts basis.
